Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analytics Intern to join our team. As a Business Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making process. You will be involved in various stages of analytics projects, including data labeling, model evaluation, refinement, dimension mapping, and ETL development. This position offers a rich, hands-on learning experience in a dynamic business environment, ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.

Tasks:

Data Labeling: Organize and label data effectively, ensuring high quality and accessibility for analysis. Model Evaluation: Assess and report on the performance of statistical models, identifying areas for improvement. Model Refinement: Collaborate with the analytics team to refine and enhance models based on evaluation outcomes. Dimension Mapping: Work on identifying and mapping key data dimensions, ensuring alignment with business needs and analytics goals. ETL Development: Assist in the design and implementation of ETL processes for more efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Demonstrable understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
