**2025 Technical Publications Intern** **Description** Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc\. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal vehicles, snowmobiles, side\-by\-sides, all\-terrain vehicles, professional turf\-care equipment, and ground support equipment\. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands\. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves\. **Responsibilities:** * Research technical writing practices in the industry as well as with our top competitors\. * Provide recommendations concerning improvements to technical communication techniques\. * Collaborate with engineering and other departments to identify communication gaps and present an improvement plan\. * Update Owner's Manuals, Service Parts Manuals, and Field Kit Install instructions with updates from engineering\. * Create visually appealing layouts and images that will be sent to TSV customers\. * Other projects as needed in the department **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** * Education: Pursing a bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, or engineering * GPA: 3\.0 GPA or higher required * Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint\) **Recruiting Timeline:** Applications for this position will be accepted through November 15, 2024\.
