Job DescriptionThe Marketing Operations team manages the platforms used to approve and manage print and digital materials promotional materials of the US Business Unit, the fulfilment needs of the US Sales Organization, and the project management requirements of our organization
How You Will Contribute:
The Marketing Operations Intern will assist the Marketing Operations team within Commercial Operations & Business Solutions (COBS) in supporting Takeda’s Business Units. The intern will report directly to the Associate Director, Operations & Program Management, and work with Marketing Services, which oversees the approval, production, and distribution of Takeda’s print and digital advertising.
Activities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Marketing Services leadership to ensure systems, platforms, and workflows are aligned to strategic priorities across the end-to-end promotional materials management processIdentify opportunities to more efficiently manage printed promotional materials utilized by the Takeda Sales OrganizationProvide support to troubleshoot fulfillment issues reported by Reps in the field sales ticketing appThe Marketing Operations Intern will assist the Marketing Operations team within Commercial Operations & Business Solutions (COBS) in supporting Takeda’s Business Units. The intern will gain experience in analysis and strategy development including presenting ideas to senior leadership teams.The intern will experience gaining alignment to a project approach with stakeholders. Intern will gain exposure learning about marketing to HCP and consumer audiences in the Pharmaceutical industry.Project management skills will be utilized and developed as the intern coordinates tasks while adhering to timelines and integrating stakeholder feedback. The project provides exposure to working in a collaborative team that supports the commercial enterprise (sales, marketing, and commercial operations teams).The project offers the opportunity to develop skills in building presentation skills, gaining visibility with a leadership team, learning about Marketing across channels in the Pharmaceutical industry.Job Requirements:
This is a hybrid position located in Lexington, MACurrently enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree programProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with SharePoint or other content management systemsStrong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Effective communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Internship Eligibility

$21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
