Job Description

Manages / oversees all of the operational processes in relation to fee for service engagements with HCPs and patients. Oversees and maintains the SOPs, business rules, training documents/processes for any stakeholders involved in speaker programs and commercial HCP/patient engagements.
 

How You Will Contribute:
 

Assist in the smooth transition to the MediSpend events platform by updating documentation, preparing training materials, and coordinating training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Review and update existing Job Aids to align with the MediSpend platform.Update vendor guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.Ensure all documents are accurately revised and formatted.Assist in creating training materials for both internal teams and external stakeholders.Develop presentations, guides, and quick reference sheets.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.Schedule training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.Communicate training schedules and details to participants.Assist in setting up virtual training sessions, including managing invites and follow-ups.Attend training sessions to provide technical support and assist presenters.Collect feedback from participants to improve future training materials and sessions.Maintain a tracker to monitor the progress of documentation updates and training sessions.Provide regular updates to the project lead on the status of tasks and any issues encountered.

This task provides a valuable development opportunity for the intern to gain hands-on experience in project management, improve documentation skills, enhance communication and coordination abilities, and understand the intricacies of transitioning to a new platform within a large organization.
 

Job Requirements:

This position is hybrid position located in Cambridge, MACurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint (managing sites, Power Automate, etc.)Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Internship Eligibility

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorshipMust be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or laterThe internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 22nd) or (June 16th - August 29th)The intern must be able to commit to one of these time framesAble to work full time 40 hours a week during internship datesTakeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship.  The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

 

U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include:
