As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll help attract top talent by planning and attending campus recruitment events. You'll work closely with university career services, organize interviews, and ensure candidates have a great experience. Additionally, you'll create engaging short videos to showcase our company's culture and highlight our team members, especially our women ambassadors.

Be a Campus Recruitment Star: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent before, during, and after campus events.Campus Ambassador: Connect with university career services, represent us at career fairs, and bring the excitement of our brand to campus life.Enhance Candidate Journeys: Help streamline interview processes and provide valuable feedback to make the candidate experience unforgettable.Interview Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring candidates feel informed, supported, and excited about joining us.Storyteller: Create fun, informal short videos showcasing our daily work environment, featuring our amazing team members—especially our women ambassadors (if possible).Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of Travel is required with China.Skills You Bring:
Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Politic Science, Foreign Language or related fields.Proficient in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese, would be an advantage.Excellent communication and organizational skills.你在萬機科技的一天:
