**Job Description** **Position Description:** **2025 Global Supplier Management Group- Procurement Strategic Operations Co-Op** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented co-op to join our team. In this role, one will work closely with the team to gather and analyze operational work related inputs. They will then support the department’s Chief of Staff with working out solutions that support One Team mindset and help execute the chosen solutions. This requires a strategic mindset as well as the ability to zoom in and out as needed. Key Responsibilities: + Collect, manage, and analyze inputs from Business Operations team on operational work such as Budgeting, Talent Processes, Metrics, Reporting + Collect & Analyze inputs from the internal & external team on understanding of high-level Business Operations goals, and framing of those goals into a Scorecard that communicates the status of achievement + Transform team feedback into insights and actionable recommendations for the Business Operations Programs Lead to optimize decisions and increase engagement in the team + Identify cross-functional communication opportunities and provide recommendations to improve communication within and outside the team with other stakeholders + Work with procurement team to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) + Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support procurement team strategies and initiatives + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and drive insights related to Business Operations **Education and Skills Required** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, computer science, statistics, supply chain management, or related field **Skills/Knowledge Required** + Strong project management skills with experience in conducting stakeholder analysis + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + A passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to learn about procurement processes and operations Join our team as a Procurement Program Management Co-op and contribute to optimizing our procurement operations through improved process and advanced data analysis and insights-driven strategies.
