Job Description:
Screen\n the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across HVAC, MAC and\n E-cooling industries;
在暖通空调、MAC和电子制冷行业筛选最先进的加热/冷却技术;
Identify,\n initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working closely\n with the commercial and technology teams and the industry;
通过与商业、技术团队和行业紧密合作，识别、启动和管理新项目以促进业务增长；
Develop and summary refrigerant property\n related new methods to support refrigerant application;
开发和总结制冷剂性能相关的新方法，以支持制冷剂的应用
Communicate\n the progress with leadership team through stage gate process;
通过阶段门流程与领导团队沟通项目进展
Close\n cooperation with global R&D team for refrigerant/blend research and\n development;
与全球研发团队密切合作，进行制冷剂/混合料的研发
Publish achievable paper and patents\n related refrigerant research and application;
发表与制冷剂研究和应用相关的可实现论文和专利
Communicate with global technology team\n regularly;
定期与全球技术团队沟通
Ensure\n all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy;
确保所有工作在霍尼韦尔HSE政策下进行

Qualifications:    
Prefer PhD in Refrigeration and\n Cryogenics Engineering, Master also can be considered;
制冷与低温工程专业博士优先，硕士亦可考虑;
Solid\n understanding in thermodynamics and refrigerant property;
对热力学和制冷剂特性有扎实的理解;
Strong\n model-based design capability and be familiar with FLUENT software\n operation;
较强的模型设计能力，熟悉FLUENT软件操作
Strong fast\n learning capability;
较强的快速学习能力;
Effective\n communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global\n organization are essential;
