Team Description: Our goal is to ensure that every customer leaves our website or app not only satisfied but delighted. This role plays a key part in helping us achieve that mission. The Digital Visual Merchandising team focuses on enhancing the online shopping experience with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX), particularly in category management. We work to optimize the shopping journey, making each step seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable. By diving deep into specific categories, such as running apparel and gear, we gather insights from competitor websites, identify best practices, and address pain points that affect the customer experience.

 

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. Team members partner with a wide range of stakeholders— from marketing and merchandising to design and development— to ensure every aspect of the customer journey is aligned and optimized. Through cross-functional collaboration, we bring diverse perspectives to each project, ensuring that the digital experience is both effective and engaging.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Planning and execution of how products are displayed on our website and app. Ensuring that the way we show our products matches what our customers want and is aligned with our company goals. Impact what customers see and experience on adidas.com and the adidas app, especially when new campaigns or product launches happen. Understand business principles and be excited to work on how products are presented and how customers interact with the adidas site Support the execution of the digital visual merchandising strategy in your area on adidas.com and adidas APP. Optimize and adapt campaign launch execution to meet the needs of our local consumers and business. Drive sell-thru through and ongoing improvements to our configurable toolset, with a focus on sorting rules, merchandising, navigation, product data tagging and site configuration. Use analytics to identify potential areas of improvement and drive conversion. Work closely with Buying, Digital Content, CRM, Campaign Operations, A/B testing, SEO, Product Data and Site Experience teams to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience and drive sell through.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026 Eligible to work in the US without restrictions. Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025
