Please note, there are four (4) roles available for this requisition; all located in the North America HQ in Portland, OR.
Candidates who apply to this role may end up in either of these teams.
Team 1: Reporting & Analytics
The NAM SCM Reporting and Analytics team strives to connect people and data to facilitate making the best decisions for the NAM Supply Chain. We also aim to drive consistency, simplification, and automation across our reporting/data landscape. This internship will focus on collaborating with several of our SCM partners and creating new reports and enhancing existing ones.
Team 2: Outbound Transportation
The Outbound Transportation team plays a fundamental role in ensuring all cross-functional upstream planning is properly executed. This team is comprised of 3 main pillars. This internship role will be focused on the Customer Delivery (Final Mile) pillar; Centered around end consumer satisfaction and loyalty with the brand by ensuring On Time and In Full deliveries via a diversified carrier portfolio.
Team 3: Product Supply
The North American Product Supply (NAM PS) team ensures that 200M units annually are purchased, manufactured and managed into the market on time to meet the needs of adidas and Reebok customers and consumers. The PS interface team identifies gaps in the demand and supply mapping and works cross functionally to resolve issues and get product on time into the market.
Team 4: Order Fulfillment
Order Fulfillment plays a key role to ensure the Supply Chain delivers against our Financial Targets. We coordinate between Sales, Finance, and the Supply Chain to plan and execute shipping plans for the Wholesale Channel in alignment with our Net Sales commitments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support and play a crucial team role in the execution and delivery of supply chain priorities in North America (scope: transportation of supply from factory to distribution centers, fulfilment of sales orders, and outbound/last mile transportation to customers). Support project managers and functional teams in daily routines (e.g., meeting management, analysis, presentations, training, assessments, etc.), Support the creation of project documentation for analysis, process definition, project status updates, training, and communication. Suggest improvement opportunities where applicable. Assist with measuring and monitoring external partners’ KPIs. Ensure vendors are meeting/exceeding their targeted SLAs. Assist with action plan development to address service failures with vendors. (e.g., claims processing, high risk lanes assessment, allocation adjustment proposals, etc.) Assist in planning and facilitation of cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder alignment.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong team player with proven ability to work within diverse teams to achieve goals and objectives. Customer centric approach towards problem solving while keeping overall big picture in mind. Strong critical thinking and logical mindset for solving complex problems. Ability to effectively present and communicate (both written and verbal). Basic reporting and analytic skills, with Intermediate knowledge of PowerBi and SQL skills preferred. Basic MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to learn and use Project Management tools (SmartSheet, ThinkCell excel plug-in). Ability to collaborate in a flexible work environment with confidence and creativity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University. Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026. Eligible to work in the US without restrictions. Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025 .
