As a 2025 Winter/Spring Co-op in Site Supply Chain you’ll be supporting Scheduling, Planning, MRP, Master Data, and Inventory Control to ensure the on time and in full operations for the Massachusetts Bio-Campus. The Massachusetts Bio-Campus is part of Manufacturing and Supply (M&S), Specialty Care GBU and is included into Rare Disease, Oncology, and Immunology manufacturing cluster (RDOI).  It has two industrial sites and is specialized in multiple high-end bio-manufacturing, supporting Sanofi’s portfolio of rare disease and oncology drugs, plus few specialty products like biosurgery and vaccines. They are operating together as a large bio-campus, with drug substance industrialization, manufacturing and testing facilities located in Framingham, while raw material testing, material handling, packaging, and warehousing are in Northborough.

Main responsibilities:

Collect and compile data on finished goods lot size data to extrapolate packaging component usage relationship

Create / build a tool for site users to directly enter demands for non-production/non-BOM materials, and holding requesters accountable for demand accuracy

Creation/extension of material numbers in SAP/ERP systems

Create/Update SOPs related to the Material onboarding process and Master Data updates and/or for changes in operations

Monitor Master Data to ensure it meets corporate standards

Identify levers to improve data accuracy/completeness and develop data and process culture, KPI monitoring and root cause analyst to assist in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Assist with implementing cycle count process within manufacturing suites

Validation of Approved Supplier List for Kanban items

Support site supply chain SMS 2.0 roll out and daily processes

About you

Basic Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, operations, or other related field from an accredited college of university with the expectation that you will complete your degree by Spring 2027

Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.

Must be able to work in our Framingham office location 3 days a week and work 40 hrs/week (Monday-Friday) for the duration of the co-op

Must have permanent US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient data analysis skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Past experience with SAP and/or other scheduling/planning systems preferred, but not required
