About the team
CIO: Chief Information Office (CIO) drives technology innovation and manages IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient, secure systems that align with business goals. We facilitate digital transformation and deliver seamless IT services, keeping us at the forefront of technology.
What you’ll own
This role sits within our two-year Technical Depth program, designed for graduates who are ready to build specialized knowledge in a single field. We’ll support our graduates to build deep, technical expertise and specialized skills within a specific Worldpay function. Alongside on-the-job training, you'll build essential skills to help you thrive as a Worldpayer.
Across three eight-month rotations in your chosen area, you'll immerse yourself in technical projects and service delivery. This track offers a unique opportunity to join a team that works across multiple IT functional areas, enabling end-to-end technology delivery and driving efficient and effective processes. Rotations will expose you to technical project management, digital workspace service delivery, business partnership, and IT operations. This track will provide firsthand experience solving complex problems in a team environment, all centered enabling the business for growth and delivering exceptional customer services.
The start date for the program will be in July 2025.

Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati, OH hub. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring
Eligibility criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Information Technology fundamentals
