Your Responsibilities

 

As a Software Engineer for John Deere in Milan, IL, you will support Servigistics Service Parts Management which is hosted on AWS. In addition, you will:

 

Responsible for infrastructure items and work on stored procedures utilized in the application; Support and enhance internal application related to managing demand history of parts sales which infrastructure is on A WS same as the Servigitics; Work on a product team and supports product design by planning its work, coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver moderately complex functionality on a complete product or significant portion of a product it supports; Assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to support personnel; Make decisions within established guidelines subject to review by supervisors; Execute high level applications to more complex problems. Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite. 20% remote work allowed.

 

What Skills You Need

 

2 years of experience in building Java Applications with Spring 5.01, Struts 2.5 and Springboot 2.1 2 years of experience in Db212 and Oracle 19c with creating procedures and PL/SQL functions 1 year of experience in work with AWS Lambda with node 16x, AWS Glue 3.0 with python and AWS MQ 1 year of experience in work with Appdynamics with java agent 22.10.0 2 years of experience in work with CI/CD tools bamboo and jenkins 2 years of experience in work with Splunk logging implementation 2 years of experience in work with Veracode and Checkmarx scans and resolve issues in Static and Dynamic scans including XSS and CSRF

 

Education/Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 3 years related experience.
