The GTM Opex Financial Analyst will be responsible to provide financial and analytical support for the GTM Finance and Business Organization. This position will report to the FP&A Senior manager and will carry primary responsibility towards querying, modeling, and analyzing financial performance of concerned GTM segment as well as for operationalizing and monitoring the ROI / Cost Benefit Analysis of all GTM business programs and sales plays. The right candidate must be technically savvy in terms of data mining, manipulation, and synthesis as well as project-oriented to craft and create rhythm of the business KPIs, end-to-end process improvements, etc
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include the following:
Forecasting and Budgeting: Building and Owning up (a): quarterly forecasts and (b): annual budgets in close collaboration with onshore finance and business partners / leaders – indepth analysis of revenue drivers (revenue base + pipeline + risk factors) and driving the forecast / budget review calls to finalize the numbers - preparation of forecast / budget packs – submission to WW / Corporate Finance leaders. Month Close: Close Supervision of the MEC process – Driving MEC review calls with finance partners, ensuring indepth understanding and analysis of actuals, passing of Journal Entries and preparation of MEC reporting packs including variance explanations on a high ownership level. Business reviews and Presentations: Supporting senior leadership team during monthly / quarterly business reviews Business Understanding: Excellent level of understanding of the business scenarios and experience of handling complex ‘what-if’ situations on a speedy basis. Reporting: Preparation of the reporting packages monthly for various parameters such as Headcount, Cost trends etc. BI Tools: Knowledge and hand-on experience on business intelligence applications. Balance Sheet: Monitoring of B/S items relating to Segments and understanding their impact on the P/L for accruals, forecasting and budgeting. Supporting ad-hoc requests of customers. Master Data base management related activities. Adhocs: Handling all adhocs from the finance and business being the “Go to” person for them for all accounting queries.The candidates will need the following skillset:

Minimum of 8-10 years of business unit financial support / FP&A experience. Prior experience with Sales organization preferred. Expertise in MS Excel and financial modeling skills. Highly competent in manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data and drawing key insights. An ability to excel with limited direction/supervision and under ambiguous circumstances. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management. Outstanding verbal and written communicator across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Solid fundamental accounting knowledge. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional Qualification like CA, MBA, CMA & CS.
