Functions

Action all tickets to ensure all tickets are updated/closed in a timely manner as per the SLA.Answer all calls and transfer to relevant parties and answered within 3 rings.Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets/KPI’sAll emails are responded to within 30 minutes of receiptTake corrective action and communicate any errors to relevant partiesLiaise with both internal and external customersAttend daily internal meetingsMulti-task/Cross train across all accountsTrack hourly performance against preset targetsMaintain up to date knowledge of relevant systems (TIMS, SNOW etc.)Engineer booking and labelling with various suppliersProducing internal systems picking and label printing to Warehouse Team

Previous work experience in an office environmentCompletion of background investigationStrong people skillsGood moral characterStrong people skillsMicrosoft office experience and proficient in Microsoft excelExcellent telephone mannerThe ability to communicate clearly and conciselyPositive work history and ability to maintain solid experienceAvailable to work extended hours as required
