Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols outlined by the company
• Must be able to perform work with limited supervision or assistance.
• Record all work information in the GT Computerized Maintenance Management Software via company issued tablet.Ability to grow in overall knowledge of equipment repair, assembly, troubleshooting, and assessing the performance of all equipment, tools, instruments, buildings, utility infrastructure, and grounds within the site. This will be tracked for potential department progression.
• Ability to replace failed instrumentation components with like for like replacement. For example, temperature controllers, proximity switches, solid state relays.
• Perform all duties in a timely and safe manner.
• Perform all work in accordance with Company's Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policy, and Company Rules.
• Perform miscellaneous duties within the entire interior or exterior of the site as directed by Supervision.Basic knowledge of following subjects/trades preferred.Motor circuitsElectrical control systemsFabricationWeldingHydraulicsPower & TransmissionPneumaticsLubricationPredictive technologies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience performing essential duties and responsibilities in an industrial manufacturing environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without the use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Ability to continuously work in positions requiring grasping and repetitive movement.
• Ability to frequently work in positions requiring kneeling, standing, walking, climbing and performing repetitive movement tasks.
• Ability to work in positions involving heights, confined spaces and temperature extremes.
