For our end client in the United Kingdom, we are seeking an IT Specialist in Second-Level Support. Your primary responsibility will be to support the client in maintaining and optimising their IT infrastructure as well as resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support for end users and IT systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, as well as guide users on their use.
- Monitor and manage hardware, network infrastructure, and IP networks.
- Identify and resolve technical issues (troubleshooting) and Monitor and optimise IT
systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Lenovo systems.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
Requirements:
- Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in second-level support and maintaining hardware and network infrastructures.
- Proficiency with Lenovo systems and network providers.
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Project Details:
- Start: January 2025
- Duration: 6 months (+ extension option)
- Workload: 1-2 days per week.
- Location: Brentwood /Ruby, UK
