As a 2nd Line OPS Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and ensuring the health and availability of critical business applications.

What You'll Do: Perform routine checks to ensure critical business applications are running smoothly and report any issues.Monitor alerts, handle tickets, and escalate critical issues to meet SLA and KPI requirements.Track application performance, identify basic issues, and notify specialists for resolution.Assist in cloud capacity checks and follow cost-management practices.Generate basic reports and dashboards under supervision.Execute pre-defined scripts and monitoring processes to ensure operational reliability.Maintain Grafana dashboards by updating data sources or configurations.Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues to senior team members.Participate in system startups, configurations, and maintenance tasks under supervision.Assist during critical incidents to support service restoration and ensure system stability.Support improvements in cloud-based monitoring frameworks as instructed.What We're Looking For: Graduation degree in technology or a related field.Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.Adequate knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL.Working knowledge of AWS services (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, ASG).Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and DevOps tools (Terraform, ArgoCD, Nexus, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk).Basic knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs), Tomcat, WebLogic, Core Java, ITIL, Telecom Basics, Python, and PowerBuilder.Experience with oneITSM (Global Remedy) or TTWOS.Proficient in written and verbal English.Why Join Us?
