2nd Line Engineer (RMT)
Bracknell (BRA01) - 5 days on site.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will contribute to this by managing the estate following BAU activities and reacting to incidents as they come into the service desk.
Your role will involve collaborating with the other 2nd and 3rd line engineers across the accounts within the shared service. Your role will involve direct technical support for all services as part of the 2nd line team and assist in the day-to-day operations and duties of the Westinghouse service. The successful candidate will also work with the current support personnel to understand the products and their use across the shared service and to develop their diagnostic skills and capabilities.
Your transferable skills and experience:

Please be aware that you will be joining the Defence Joint Service Centre (DJSC) which prides itself in delivering support to a wide range of customers and with differing requirements. You will be required to undergo a level of security clearance.
As part of the DJSC’s offering we may require you to work on other accounts dependant on your skillset. This will be to support the wider DJSC and its aim to deliver excellent customer service and maintenance of the estates.
