More about your role 

 

As a Second Line Technology Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our Support Desk Services and resolving any software or hardware-related issues they may encounter.

 

This is a full-time position that involves handling incoming requests and providing remote and Central Support Office IT Assistance, along with onsite as required.
