Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find experienced and reliable Brake Press Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift. **Pay:** $18.82 to $24+ (Based on Experience) **2nd Shift:** Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm* **3rd Shift:** Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am* *May need to train on 1st shift *OT may be required at times **Some of the benefits include:** + Competitive Pay + Air Conditioned Facility + Potential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire On + Free Health Clinic + On-the-job training + AND MORE! **Overview** The Brake Press Operator, reporting to the Brake Press Manager, is responsible for setting up and operating Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate hydraulic press or punch press for routine tasks, selecting and installing tooling with assistance as needed. + Operate forklift for material handling and ensure machine safety. + Perform quality work to time standards, documenting production and quality issues. + Assist in preventative maintenance and resolve basic manufacturing issues. + Read work orders, align fixtures, and adjust machine settings for optimal performance. + Grind, cut, and finish workpieces as needed. + Ensure compliance with safety standards. **Qualifications** + Strong background in metal press forming and fabrication. + Competent in dimensional measuring and basic shop math. + Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools. + Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus. + Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a team. **Equipment Operated** Forklifts, measurement devices, wrenches, screwdrivers, and hand tools. **Pay Details:** $18.82 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
