What You'll Do:

Maintain Excellence: keep our factory and warehouse safe and clean while adhering to safety and environmental policies.Precision Work: adjust, inspect, and pack parts to meet our high-quality standards.Stay on Pace: perform tasks efficiently to meet production rates.Physical Activity: lift and carry up to 30 lbs., twist, bend, reach, and handle materials with care.Team Collaboration: work in a team environment to achieve collective goals.

What You'll Need:

Attention to Detail: high attention to detail and an organized approach.Basic Skills: basic math, reading, and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Flexibility: willingness to work overtime when required.Experience: previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.Physical Stamina: ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 30 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
