Job Summary
Leads other team leaders and assists in managing operational issues to ensure effective and efficient product flow

Work Arrangement

This position has been designated as On-Site.

Responsibilities: 

Leads MDI board meetings and other Lean related activitiesAssigns work schedules and coordinates overtimeEnsures safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirementsMonitors quality of products and workTroubleshoots simple machines, process, or product, or employee issuesLeads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coachingTime and Attendance dailyCorrective Action when needed after coaching 

Qualifications: 

Ability to lead others and influence behaviorAbility to perform the job that employees under their supervision are also performingAbility to problem solve, provide feedback, and coach othersWorks with limited supervisionFrequently communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments and with plant leadersCoaches other team leaders
