Job Summary： Leads other team leaders and assists in managing operational issues to ensure effective and efficient product flow.

Responsibilities:Leads MDI board meetings and other Lean-related activitiesAssigns work schedules and coordinates overtimeEnsures the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirementsMonitors quality of products and workTroubleshoots simple machines, processes, product, or employee issuesLeads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coachingQualifications:
