Perform a variety of operations to move, install, maintain, and repair plant machines and equipment. 

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Advanced vocational training or degree preferred.Five (5) years of maintenance in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Candidate must possess the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machine controls that include pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical / electronic components.Experience with PLC systems is a plusPossess knowledge of department product, procedures, and equipmentPossess attention to detailCommunicate professionally at all levels of the organizationWork effectively with limited supervision and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and plant personnelComply with all OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.Reacts to change quickly and to handle other tasks as assignedFork truck certification is preferredMust be able to read and interpret blueprints and routingsKnowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software is preferredMust be computer proficient and able to navigate within Oracle and Excel computer programsPunctual daily attendance is a key requirement for success in this position (including Saturdays and/or Sundays)A written test must be passed to be considered for this position.
