This position is within the Imaging Division (ID) and manufactures the one time use QuickSnap cameras. This is a second shift position. The position is responsible for performing entry level to complex troubleshooting and repair techniques on manufacturing equipment; electrical/electronic and mechanical systems; analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex equipment; assisting in modifications to existing machinery and equipment to facilitate new production techniques and/or improve equipment reliability. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager in Greenwood, SC.

The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Understands and demonstrates fundamental concepts of mechanical and electrical maintenance at the component level. Component is defined as part of an electrical or mechanical system. Demonstrates basic competency in at least one MED discipline; mechanical and/or electrical.Demonstrates knowledge of basic problem-solving tools (e.g. -why-why analysis, PPA, APS, etc.) and uses these independently to solve routine equipment troubles. Demonstrates ability to solve routine equipment problems using sound troubleshooting approach and recommends countermeasures for approval.Demonstrates ability to make decisions about system level issues that may impact product quality or internal customer services. Some decisions are non-routine and require independent judgment and risk management.Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.Performs cross-functional or interdepartmental communication related to maintenance activities.Demonstrates ability to write work procedures and trouble reports.Participates in projects under the direction of upper management.Ability for advanced troubleshooting skills in electro/mechanical systems.Investigate and secure relevant facts on malfunctioning machinery and discuss facts with other maintenance team members for the purpose of determining root cause and implementing permanent countermeasures.Ability to locate, install, maintain, test and repair industrial electrical and electronic equipment and circuits by working from procedures, specifications, blueprints, wiring and schematic diagrams, PLC programs (OEM & Generic), verbal and written instructions and following established industrial electrical and electronic practices.Required to work within a strict Management of Change environment.Ability to perform scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment and document all details within Fujifilm's CMMS - Maximo.Flexible to work off hours when needed, support emergency maintenance when called and support on-call rotation when scheduled.Effectively works with others within the team to achieve team goals. Effectively communicates with co-workers and supervisor. Performs all additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Skills/Education
Technical degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or apprenticeshipMust meet the physical demands list below.This position usually requires working four 9-hour and a 4-hour. Work hours may change based on business needs.Demonstrates competency of the management of change process.Required to be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrates good listening skills and interprets information correctly.Must be able to pass required safety training such as lockout tagout, hazard communication, ISO, etc.Requires forklift certification and to operate different types of powered forklift trucks.Ability to work in a team-based environment supporting all maintenance activities as assigned.
