This position requires working the 2nd shift and performing maintenance on all machines throughout the plant. The role demands flexibility within a union environment, focusing on areas such as processing equipment, refrigeration, boiler room, waste plant, building maintenance, and seasonal preparation to ensure safety standards are met. Additionally, the technician will follow a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule provided by supervisors or managers. The position is open due to the implementation of a new line and staffing shortages on the 2nd shift.

Work Environment
This position requires working the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a workweek of 40-50 hours. The work environment involves industrial maintenance with tasks such as mechanical, hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and working with conveyor systems. The technician will use hand tools and schematics in their daily tasks.
