At least 5 years of Maintenance class B experience (or equivalent job experience)Advanced understanding of electrical, plumbing and weldingMaintain overall equipment operation and conduct waste water checksOperation and minor maintenance of a variety of hand and power toolsSafety equipment and practices related to the work, including the handling of hazardous materials.Perform routine maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication, inspection, and replacement partsAssist with the ordering and inventory of MRO and supply itemsPerform preventative maintenanceResponsible for completing work ordersTroubleshooting advanced maintenance problems and determining a solutionUnderstanding of Hydraulics, pneumatics, general mechanics and fuel systemsUse of 5S and general area clean-upOperating knowledge of PlexusRequired Skills and Education
Performs a variety of highly skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities and performs related work as required. Understanding of the manufacturing process, daily operations, material handling, quality criteria, safety issues, ISO 14001 and troubleshooting ability.
