This is light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty truck and forklift repairs. 2nd Shift is an extra $3.00 per hour. This position does requires 4 10 hour shifts. Days off vary and every 3rd Saturday 7 a.m. - noon. Why Menards? + Pay based on experience: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr + Health and Dental Insurance + 401(k) + Employee Discount + Paid time off + 2nd shift is an extra $3.00/hr PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES: + Perform mechanical repairs to trucks and trailers. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Perform accurate and timely repairs. + Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed. + Perform preventative Maintenance checks on equipment. + Experience in diagnostic engine repair + Experience in truck drivetrain repair + Must have some direct mechanical experience or an accredited Technician Degree + Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask + Must have parts knowledge + Must be able to take direction from management and the ability to work independently + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally Apply To This Job
