As an On-Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in supporting our client location, working closely with client leadership to address their staffing needs. This role offers a chance to shape the future of staffing and directly impact the workforce's performance. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting a contingent workforce, while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Participate in client production meetings to understand their needsLead weekly meetings with supervisors to align on strategies and client goalsCheck-in our contingent workforce. Review call-offs and coordinate replacementsOrient new hires to client systems, policies, and procedures Monitor performance, provide coaching, and manage employee reviewsMaintain records, process timesheets, and generate reportsWhat We’re Looking For:
Must be able to work 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or in a manufacturing environment is a plusStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsExperience working with diverse candidate pools (blue and white collar roles)Proficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentMust be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times What We Offer:
