The Production Clerk provides clerical support to production supervisors and management.
Job Responsibilities• Calculate/summarize daily production paperwork for supervisor/management review.
• Maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Distribute production schedules to line personnel.
• Review production documentation and maintains accurate reports.
• Utilize system functions such as Word, Excel, SAP, etc.
• Maintain accurate and complete files.
• Work with management to provide any kind of clerical support needed.
• Communication effectively.
• All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the states safety policies and procedures.
• All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our Quality Food Program.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• High School diploma or GED.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
• Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.
• Ability to handle multiples tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve,
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Kronos experience.
