**Job Title: 2nd Shipping And Receiving Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our shipping and receiving department. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, matching items to order sheets, counting inventory, operating a forklift, and shipping products out. This role requires physical activity, including bending, lifting, stooping, and extensive walking. We will be conducting interviews starting this week. **Responsibilities** + Receive shipments and verify items against order sheets. + Count and track inventory in the warehouse. + Operate a forklift to move and organize inventory. + Prepare products for shipping and ensure timely dispatch. + Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments. + Frequent trips to the production floor and outdoor areas to count and accept shipments. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience. + Minimum of 1 year of warehouse inventory tracking experience. + Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience. + Forklift certification or equivalent experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with warehouse inventory control. + Proficient in data entry. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy manufacturing environment. + Comfortable working in various weather conditions. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a large industrial setting where you can grow your skills in a supportive environment. The shipping and receiving department is separate from the production floor, but you will frequently visit the production area. You will also spend time outdoors to count and accept shipments in all weather conditions. The department is clean and quiet, but you must be comfortable driving a forklift in a loud, busy environment. The building is not temperature controlled, so it will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
