Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC 4 years of supervisory/management experience 40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention undertaken CS Professional or Second Level Eligibility Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Adept in analyzing Financial Statements, i.e, Electric Cooperatives' Monthly Financial and Statistical Report; Analytical, pro-active and skilled in stakeholder and people management; Team-player, with strong interpersonal and coordination skills, resourceful, values time, and easily adapt to challenges and difficult situations; and Proficient in MS Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
