We are currently seeking licensed 310T technician to join our team our North Bay location.

 

Key Offerings:Relocation Assistance Available100% Employer-paid benefits programGroup Retirement Savings Plan with Company Matching and Stock OptionsProfit SharingPaid VacationShift IncentiveGreat Boot AllowanceCompetitive Tool AllowanceUniforms ProvidedPermanent full-time roleOpportunities for OvertimeOpportunities for AdvancementOptional Weekend work available at the discretion of ManagementKey Responsibilities:Performs repairs and preventive maintenance servicesPerforms inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension brake and air systems on vehicles and equipmentUtilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate and assign repairsEstimates time and material costs on vehicle repairsPerforms service calls for emergency breakdownsConducts safety checks on all vehicles and equipmentCompletes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associates with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage and accounting for repair timesMaintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate / OHSA standardsPerforms all work in accordance with established safety proceduresWorking alongside apprentices to provide them with assistance and guidanceBasic Maintenance on small mobile equipment such as skid steer, forklift and small wheel loaderSome recycling facility maintenance (MRF) will be required such as but not limited to;Troubleshooting hydraulic systems,Greasing and adjusting of conveyors Replacing rollersReplacing bearings Basic maintenance itemsHousekeeping Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Competencies:310 T Truck and Coach LicenseValid “G” driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from workOwn tools are requiredExperience with welding will be considered an assetAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamApplicants with 3+ years’ experience will be viewed with priority
