Waste Connections of Canada has an immediate opening for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Concord Ontario

In this position, you will be working on heavy diesel garbage trucks. We do a lot of hydraulics and electrical work along with preventative maintenance and minor engine repair. Much of our fleet is still under warranty!

We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous and proactive team player capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.

Qualifications:

Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic or equivalent, strong apprentices will be considered case-by-case3-4 years of experience in truck and trailer repairsMust be able to pass all pre-employment testsExperience with drivability, hydraulics, engines
