Job Overview
Under guidance, bridges and codes data into IQVIA systems.

Essential Functions
• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
• Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.
• Interprets written responses and enter into electronic coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems.
• Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.
• Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’ reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.
• May support an off-shore production hub and advise on the scheduling of day to day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements.
• Answers queries from less experienced colleagues.
• May co-ordinate the work of others.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent  Req
• Five (5) years work experience including data input. Req
• PC literacy skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
• General knowledge of the company's products and pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function.
