**Role Purpose:** Bridges and codes data into IQVIA System systems. **Principal Accountabilities:** + Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes. + Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files. + Interprets written responses and enter into electronic coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems. + Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission. + Develops an understanding of the technical knowledge needed to code and bridge data. + Answers queries from less experienced colleagues. + Perform functions as directed by the supervisor/team leader. **Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:** + Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required; experience in data coding is a plus + Knowledge of Philippines pharmaceutical products is an advantage. + Good interpersonal and communications skills + Ability to work in a team environment, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes. + Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters. + Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills. + PC literacy skills including Word and Excel. **Organization Reporting and Scope:** Typically reports to: Team Lead and Manager IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
