Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated 340B Data and Process Analyst at PharmaForce will play a critical role in supporting the Account Management team by managing technical and data-driven tasks essential for client operations. This position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with 340B program requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with both internal teams and technical support to address data discrepancies, generate reports, and implement process improvements, enabling the Account Management team to deliver superior client service.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

Data Management:

Perform regular reconciliation and validation of various data sets to ensure accuracy and compliance with 340B program guidelines. Create, maintain, and manage detailed reports, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues by technical support teams.

Client and Team Support:

Provide data analysis and technical support to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met and any discrepancies are promptly addressed. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve data-related issues, enhancing overall service quality and client satisfaction.

Process Optimization:

Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements to streamline processes and reduce manual effort. Work with technical teams to develop and implement automated solutions for recurring data management tasks.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all tasks and processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and compliance. Contribute to the development and upkeep of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Account Management and technical support teams to ensure alignment on data management tasks and process improvements. Effectively communicate with offshore teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines. Qualifications

Required

2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or technical support role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with 340B program operations is highly desirable. Key Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. Experience with data management tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL, or similar databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. What We Offer
