**Responsibilities**
Direct assigned program(s) to meet business objectives to ensure compliance with all areas of the 340B program.
+ Direct program team to achieve goals.
+ Ensure policies and procedures are implemented according to regional, national, state and federal guidelines.
+ Ensure that audits follow current regulatory compliance recommendations and are completed at the facility level.
+ Define program goals and infrastructure to align with business development strategies and partnerships.
+ Direct program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities. Lead and/or actively contribute to development and implementation of optimization strategies.
+ Lead projects, councils, and special initiatives related to 340B, compliance, auditing functions and vendor selection.
+ Develop program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
+ Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics. Assess and communicate opportunities for program optimization and cost savings.
+ Serve as liaison between programs, other internal departments and external partners.
+ Lead regional 340B oversight committee(s).
+ Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Conduct 340B Program training for staff.
+ Ensure that 340B program analysts are able to complete evaluations of gaps at the facility level and assist in providing the tools necessary to be compliant with the 340B program.
+ Complete performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Project Mgmt Professional License. Preferred
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
**Additional Preferences**
+ 5+ years experience ensuring compliance with federal 340B drug pricing program, strongly preferred.
+ Background in healthcare system or pharmacy setting; or a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Residency program.
+ Degree in pharmacy preferred.
