Goal of the position: Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of Digital Operations processes from system and administrative perspective. What will you be doing? + You will be responsible for product data availability and accuracy improvements. This regards product data visible to customers in 3m.com and bCOM platform. + You will have a chance to gain experience in maintaining product content (such as logistics and marketing data, multimedia: photos, videos, brochures, technical product specifications) in GPIM system + You will have a chance to prepare reports for 3M internal clients + You will gain work experience with the following tools: Hybris, Celum and Salesforce, Workfront and Adobe Assets + You will help us with Medallia project Who is welcomed to apply? + Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week What skills are we looking for? + Abilities to work with MS excel + English at the intermediate level (spoken and written) + Detail-oriented person who pay close attention to details + A individual who wants to gain experience in a process-related area + Communicative person, real team player + Ability to work with multiple data and data structures, databases + Ability to manage your work, prioritize and multitask + Knowledge of additional language would be an asset What we offer? + 3 months (from July till September) fully paid internship program under the guidance of specialists + Upskilling of your competencies during the Internship + Opportunity to gain experience in operational processes and related systems + Work in a respectful, inclusive and friendly environment with open door policy + Professional training and onboarding package + Opportunity to take part in CSR activities Please send your application in English.
