Goal of the position: Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from system and administrative perspective. What will you be doing? + Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies and procedures. + Providing answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees + Ensuring accurate data updates in all HR system + Providing active support for employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes + Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, accordingly to agreed SLAs + Providing answers, solutions for inquires related to HR processes/procedures + Performing duties according to 3M Code of Conduct + Performing diligently all additional duties appointed by Supervisor Who is welcomed to apply? + Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week What skills are we looking for? + Previous experience in HR in the past will be an asset + Advanced knowledge of English language + Good time management and prioritization skills + Ability to work in a team + Orientation on the details + Able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data + Full time availability What we offer? + 3 months (from July till September) fully paid internship program under the guidance of specialists + Chance to upskill your competencies + Opportunity to gain experience in operational processes and related systems + Work in a respectful, inclusive and friendly environment with open door policy + Professional training and onboarding package + Opportunity to take part in CSR activities Please send you application in English.
