The business manages order to cash for over 200+ manufacturers and is expected to grow +35 clients, this fiscal year. The Client Implementations Team (CIT) is responsible for IT setups for newly onboarding manufacturers and collaborating with multiple business units and third parties as needed. The team is also responsible for Samples Management Integrations, ERP Integrations, data dumps, unit acceptance testing, and run support for projects completed. Business Analysis is responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across Business Units, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. They maintain relationships with the business and leverage requirements engineering practices and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success.
