Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications. **_3PL Clients Implementations Software Engineering Developer_** 3PL is a fast-growing business unit of Cardinal Health, focusing on assisting manufacturers get their products to market quickly. The business manages order to cash for over 200+ manufacturers and is expected to grow +35 clients, this fiscal year. The Client Implementations Team (CIT) is responsible for IT setups for newly onboarding manufacturers and collaborating with multiple business units and third parties as needed. The team is also responsible for Samples Management Integrations, ERP Integrations, data dumps, unit acceptance testing, and run support for projects completed. Business Analysis is responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across Business Units, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. They maintain relationships with the business and leverage requirements engineering practices and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success. They align business strategies and capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT systems enable the desired value. **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects + May contribute to the development of policies and procedures + Works on complex projects of large scope + Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives + Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects + Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives + May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues **_Qualifications_** + BA, BS preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
