Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods for multiple clients. • Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and optimize storage. • Develop and implement efficient processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations. • Communicate client requirements and feedback to the warehouse team to ensure client satisfaction. • Customize processes and reporting to meet the specific needs of different clients. • Ensure accurate inventory records for multiple clients through regular stock audits and reconciliations. • Address and resolve any discrepancies in inventory or order fulfillment. • Coordinate transportation and logistics to meet delivery schedules and optimize route planning. • Monitoring 3PL KPis. • Work with management and clients to develop and implement process changes based on evolving needs. • Document and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, damages, or returns. • Monitoring pallets management (location-quantity-reusage-rental cost monitoring). • Coordination, monitoring and management of POS materials and CO2 tanks (Inbound, stock, sales orders, customer balance). • Introduction of new SKUs, procedures and projects. • Obsoletes registration. Qualifications • 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in a 3PL or outsourced logistics environment. • Knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and SAP ERP system. • Understanding of 3PL-specific challenges, such as managing multiple client accounts and varying service level agreements (SLAs). • Knowledge of transportation management and routing optimization. • Ability to analyze performance data and create reports for clients and upper management. • Self-motivated, proactive, focused and willing to succeed. • Very good analytical skills, attention to details. • Excellent English. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and adjust to changing priorities.
