The Role + Purpose: 

Manage new brand onboarding for our Marketplace from identifying brand opportunities and outreach/pitching to internal set up and establishing launch calendar/managing timelineReview, troubleshoot, and approve brand product files on excel and in J.Crew backend systems Internal and external point person for all marketplace issues from troubleshooting brands/product, product launches, customer service, etc.Establish brand relationships pre, during and post marketplace launchMonthly marketplace invoicing and reconciliationPull marketplace reporting for weekly and quarterly sales analysisCompiling marketplace product assortment decks for approval processCoordinate marketplace sample requests for review and photoshootsAttend tradeshow, showroom, market appointments; compile product selection deck and manage internal assortment deckStay on top of industry trends and identify brand partnership opportunities aligned with our brand ethos/vision; track/manage brand outreach and follow ups; build internal brand decksCreate and manage linesheet for collaborations Work in lock step with production/design/merch to track timelines and product development

 

Qualifications: 

1-3 years experience in brand buying, project management, or marketplaceData driven with a creative edge; ability to analyze excel data and build creative, focused visual presentations Attention to detail, excellent organization and high level of communicationSelf starter able to work through ambiguity, problem solve and identify opportunities to streamline processesGood follow through, sense of urgencyAbility to multi task and work on multiple projects and seasons at a timePassion for fashion, trends and brandsProficient in Microsoft SuiteBonus if you have experience in Adobe Suites, Mirakl, SAP, Miro #LI-HY #LI-ED1

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.33

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.  The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
