Kforce's telecommunications client is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Shift AWS Deployment/Support Engineer to join their Video Operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of our video services infrastructure. This role will also focus on BAU support for multiple IP Video environments. This position requires working overnight shifts to support our 24/7 operations. Key Responsibilities: * AWS Deployment/Support Engineer will deploy, manage, and maintain AWS infrastructure for video operations * BAU support for multiple IP Video Environments * Automate deployment processes using Ansible * Manage and troubleshoot DVR systems * Monitor and optimize network performance * Administer and optimize MongoDB databases * As an AWS Deployment/Support Engineer, you will implement and manage monitoring solutions using DataDog and Splunk * Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes * Manage and optimize Kafka messaging systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of video services * Provide overnight support and troubleshooting for critical issues including outage support
