Position Summary
This position is responsible for the leadership of the injection molding process. The Injection Molding Supervisor should ensure that all operators are properly trained to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.Role and Responsibilities
Third Shift
1. Review Master Production Plan (WA/WB/WP/Sub Lines) for delivery schedule
2. Manage model Code/Material Input/Manpower
3. Manage molding process to match work instructions
4. Analyze WIP Aging (research SL/inventory discrepancy)
5. Ensure Material Management (ROH material and mold change)
6. Verify safe operating practices (PPE)
7. Ensure quality standards are achieved (Part/Cosmetic Verification)
8. Perform EHS chemical training to new hires and ensure compliance by conducting yearly refresher trainings for team.
9. All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
3. Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise with manufacturing management and a strong understanding of material flow.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, competent Microsoft office, Project Management, Problem & Solving Skills, Excellent time management, Effective collaboration skills, High attention to details.
Technical skills: Experienced with injection molding processes and equipment.
5. Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ or region.
