3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will possess strong in electrical, mechanical, and programmable logic controls (PLCs). This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and systems, leading to minimal downtime and optimal productivity. **Responsibilities** + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to production. + Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical components, including conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems. + Diagnose and repair electronic control systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) devices. + Install and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Perform welding and fabrication as needed. + Work on Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc robotic arms. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. **Essential Skills** + Strong in electrical, mechanical, and programmable logic controls (PLCs). + Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc robotic arms. + Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Skilled in electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance, and machine repair. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Experience with welding and fabrication. + Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques. + Familiarity with wiring, automation, and electrical schematics. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
