3rd Shift Operations Supervisor
The Technology Logistics Center (TLC) Supply Chain Operations Supervisor is responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities of the TLC Operation in Smyrna, TN. The main responsibility of a Supply Chain Supervisor is to manage, develop and guide operational employees to ensure their ability to provide outstanding results and execute tasks effectively. Supervisors will also be accountable for ensuring employees are meeting quality/safety standards as they relate to the operational work standards and calculating performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

•\tEvaluate Staffing Levels to ensure that safety, quality and production plans are met
•\tMentors, coaches, and trains repair technicians with existing and new procedures as they are implemented.
•\tEnsures that all repairs meet or exceed repair standards.
•\tSupervise a team of technicians that inspect, triage and test defective wireless electronics.
•\tEnsure training is complete for new and existing employees to process updates and changes
•\tReview and Evaluate teams daily to ensure processes and accountability measures are in place
•\tConduct monthly 1x1 discussions/performance reviews with employees to ensure they understand current and future targets
•\tCollaborate with your team and peers on continuous improvement activities and efforts across the department and ensure that continuous improvement is being conducted.
•\tExposure/Experience with Lean Concepts (PDCA, Kaizen, Point Kaizen, MDI and Root Cause Analysis)
•\tReview Operational Work Instructions to make sure that your department is compliant
•\tLead daily team meetings to provide information about daily targets, process and procedure updates, company news and any additional information that is pertinent for employees to complete their job
•\tMeet or Exceed inventory accuracy metrics for your department
•\tPromote and Adhere to Asurion Core Values daily for self and team
•\tPromote and Adhere to the Employee Handbook daily for self and team
•\tCompile reports regarding your department’s activities to ensure that your daily plan matches what is needed
•\tEnsure daily targets to internal and external customers are met daily
•\tEnsure request from Global/Local HR request are completed on time (compliance courses, workday and etc)
•\tEnsure Payroll systems are accurate and updated daily
•\tEnsure internal departmental databases are updated daily
•\tPerform other duties/projects as assigned by Asurion Leaders
•\tEnsure Employee Handbook and Site-Specific Policies are enforced and accountability held for self and team
•\tAny other duties assigned by Leadership based on business needs/customer risk

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:

•\t4-year degree or equivalent leadership experience
•\tExperience with Warehouse Management Systems
•\tWarehouse/Manufacturing Experience
•\tDemonstrate the ability to understand and apply problem solving techniques in day-to-day activities
•\tHigh energy level, detail oriented, exhibit a sense of urgency and initiative to perform in a fast-paced environment
•\tStrong communication and presentation skills
•\tMust be able to work with a well diverse teams
•\tComputer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, PowerPoint)
•\tMust be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
•\tRespect core values of Asurion and comply with the Company's policies and procedures

•\tShift 3 – Friday – Sunday (530am – 600pm)
•\tOvertime as required


Physical Demands:
•\tBending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the need of the business. Standing and/or sitting for extended and long periods of time, up to 100% of shift or over time.
