Temporary position$15.00 to $16.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00pm to 06:00am)Responsible for sanding or sandblasting surfaces to remove old paintCoating surfaces to improve paint adhesion and cleaning up after the job is doneAssisting the lead painter with tasks such as preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and cleaning upAdditional duties assigned3rd shift Paint Helper Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a Paint Helper or in a similar role within an assembly or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of painting techniques/methods (spray painting, brushing, and priming, etc.)Proficient in using spray guns, airbrushes, and other painting tools and equipmentAbility to inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring smooth finishes and consistencyCapable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a physically demanding environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
