3rd Shift Process Technician
**Job Title: 3rd Shift Process Technician** Join our team as a 3rd Shift Process Technician, working from 11:00pm to 7:15am, including every other weekend on Saturday. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift during the first week from 7:00am to 3:30pm. **Job Description** + Operate Cincinnati presses, handling machines from 350 ton to 1950 ton, and work with materials such as nylon, polypropylene, and Acetal. + Collaborate with mold setters and material handlers to manage resin placement, checking valve gates, troubleshooting issues on plastic injection machines, and maintaining proper setup of material, heat, and water. + Use a detailed check sheet for tracking processes across machines and troubleshoot robotic issues, engaging a robot programmer for complex reprogramming needs. **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Environment** The position is based in a dynamic manufacturing setting in Grand Rapids, within a 2-mile radius encompassing 4 main facilities. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
