HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Measuring material length, width, and quality to ensure our product meets customer specifications.
Read specifications, use hand tools, and gauging devices to monitor current and ongoing product quality.
Reacting quickly to equipment downtime or other extraordinary condition, and notifying team lead whenever such conditions occur.
Keeping work areas neat, clean, and orderly in order to maintain a safe work environment.
Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production.
Follow all plant Safety and environmental policies.
THE ENVIRONMENT
· Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as protective footwear. This also includes safety glasses and hearing protection for certain departments.
· We have positions available in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environment (where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.)
· The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.
Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach and twist frequently.
Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
